Carpaccio of Venison Loin, slow roasted beetroot, parsnip crisps & blueberry jus

Potato Nest filled with Tofu cream cheese, carrot & cucumber ribbons (VE)

Pan Fried Pigeon Breast, raspberry & balsamic reduction

A Salad of Heritage Tomatoes, savoury tuille basket & basil panna cotta

Char Grilled Cote de Beouf, triple cooked fries, béarnaise & peppercorn sauce, field mushroom & roasted tomatoes
